Berkeley Tower by Ellington, Business Bay: location and Metro
Berkeley Tower is the Ellington Properties office tower along Sheikh Zayed Road in Business Bay, Dubai. It is not any other Dubai project with a similar name. This page covers where the tower stands, the Metro station beside it and the developer's driving times, and it says plainly what the developer has not published. theberkeleydubai.com is an independent website, not the developer's.

Where it stands
Ellington's project page places Berkeley Tower "along Sheikh Zayed Road in Business Bay". The page gives no street address or plot number.
The developer's site plans, in its project brief, show the roads and the Metro station around the tower: Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Mustaqbal Street, Al Khaleej Al Tejari Street and Business Bay Metro Station.
Ellington's launch release of 20 October 2026 says that Business Bay offers direct connectivity to Downtown Dubai, DIFC and the city's major transport networks.

The Metro
Ellington's project page says the tower has "a Dubai Metro station just steps away". That page does not name the station. The developer's project brief does: its site plan shows Business Bay Metro Station beside the tower.
Neither source gives a walking time or a distance, so this page does not give one either. "Steps away" is the developer's wording, not a measured route.
The Roads and Transport Authority publishes the Metro stations map. Use it to see which line serves the station and where the nearest stations lie in each direction.

Driving times
Ellington's project page lists 12 driving times, and the project brief lists 15. The table keeps the 11 destinations that carry the same time in both.

What to check
- The route to the station. Walk it, or ask the developer for the route and a measured time. "Steps away" is not a measurement.
- Driving times at your hours. Estimates vary with traffic. Test your own commute at the hours you would use it.
- The site plan. Ask for the full site plan, so you can see the roads and access points around the tower.
- The right project. Other Dubai projects have similar names. Check that any document you are given says Berkeley Tower by Ellington Properties, Business Bay.
