Who we are

This website is operated by an independent real-estate marketing business in the UAE, which decides how your details are used and is responsible for them under the law. It is not the website of the developer. You can reach us at enquiries@theberkeleydubai.com.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and has no advertising or cross-site tracking. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, provides aggregate, cookie-free traffic statistics. The only form is the enquiry form described below.

The enquiry form

When you use the form to ask for the brochure and floor plans, we collect your first name, last name, mobile number (with its country) and email address. We also record the page and language you used, the time, your browser type and your approximate country, which Cloudflare works out from your IP address. We check that the mobile number is correctly formatted as a mobile number. We do not call or text it to verify it.

What we use it for

We use these details only to send you the brochure and floor plans and to follow up with you about Berkeley Tower, by email and on your mobile. We do not sell them and we do not use them for unrelated marketing. If you ask us to register your interest with the developer, we pass on only the details needed for that. We rely on your consent, which you give by sending the form and can withdraw at any time.

Who receives it

Your details are saved in a private database at Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1) and sent to us by email through Cloudflare's email service. Cloudflare processes them for us and may do so outside the UAE. A one-way code derived from your IP address, never the address itself, is kept briefly to stop automated abuse.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.

The law

We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL).

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure it. Cloudflare also keeps short-lived request logs (such as the page requested, browser type and approximate location) for a few days so faults can be diagnosed.

Your data

To see, correct or delete your details, to receive a copy or have it sent to another organisation, to restrict or object to how we use them, or to withdraw your consent, email enquiries@theberkeleydubai.com from the address you gave us. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the UAE Data Office, the regulator under the PDPL.
