02 / The design
Fabric in motion.
The facade takes its cue from fabric: gathered, pleated, drawn into shape. A louvered skin gives the tower movement on the skyline. Terraces are woven through the building, bringing light and open air into the working day. At street level, a double-height reception backdrop sets the tone. The main lobby covers 4,015 sq ft, finished in polished porcelain and warm timber.

Offices from compact suites to full floors.
Levels 1 to 31 hold up to eight offices a floor. Levels 36 to 52 hold up to four, down to a single office on the whole floor. At the top of the tower there are duplex and triplex offices of more than 21,000 sq ft. Each band is offered in several layouts, and floor heights run from 3.8 to 4.1 metres.
